•Thorough review of M.E.P. drawings and communication of systems layouts to maintain, elevate, or value-engineer the original design intent

CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTRATION AND POST COMPLETION

•Understand that this is the most critical and final phase in executing the design and maintaining client relationships

•Detailed documentation and organization of submittals, construction meetings, punch walks, and close out documentation

•Effective leadership to navigate CA process using problem solving and positive attitude to coordinate with appropriate disciplines
